Welcome to Memoir Images! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website and services.

1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking (not applicable to all).
The remaining balance is to be paid as per the agreed schedule prior to the event.(if needed)
Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a deposit and a signed contract.
(not applicable to all)

2. If the client cancels the booking, the deposit will not be refunded.
If the booking money is not paid then you will be obliged to refund the full amount of the event or show proper reason.
Cancellations within [X] days of the event may incur additional charges.
If Memoir Image is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling based on mutual agreement.


3. Pictures retains the copyright of all photographs and videos.
Client is granted a non-exclusive license for personal use.
Memoir Images reserves the right to use images/videos for promotional and portfolio purposes (unless the client expressly requests otherwise in writing).

4. Although we strive for the best results, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (eg, weather, space limitations, lighting conditions).
In the event of equipment failure or loss of data, our liability is limited to a refund not exceeding the amount paid.
The client is responsible for securing the necessary permissions for venue access, photography and videography.

5. Photograph and video delivery
Edited photographs and videos will be delivered within [X] weeks after the wedding
The final product will be delivered in digital format, and additional charges may apply for physical copies or expedited delivery.
The contract made with you at the time of booking plays a big role in this matter so it is very important to understand the rules at the time of booking

6. Client must ensure cooperation of guests and event coordinators for smooth execution.
Any special requests must be communicated in advance

7. Memory Images shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Any disputes will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of [applicable location].


9. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Changeable or customized policies are provided at the time of booking so please follow the policies carefully.

11. All our packages are for service in Dhaka City only, so check the conditions at your own risk while booking events outside Dhaka.
